HOPE aspires to add 50 additional enrollees in the Kroger Community Rewards program to benefit HOPE.  Even if you shop at Kroger only occasionally, you can benefit HOPE by enrolling in the Kroger Community Rewards program. Please plan to enroll/re-enroll for the 2017/2018 Kroger Community Rewards cycle.

Kroger Community Rewards

If you purchase groceries at Kroger, you can contribute to Heart of Ohio PEts  (HOPE) by enrolling in the Kroger Community Rewards Program and linking your Kroger Plus card to HOPE (Heart of Ohio Pet Exchange Inc.).   When you do, Kroger contributes an amount of money to HOPE based upon your quarterly purchases.  There is no extra cost to you.

The 2018/2019 Community Rewards cycle began May 1, 2018 and will end April 30, 2019.  Enrollment must be done online at http://www.krogercommunityrewards.com. If you enrolled in the Community Rewards Program in the past, sign in with your email address and password.  (A new password will be provided if you have forgotten yours; if you need further help, call 1-800-KROGERS, press 5 for customer service.)  If you are a new enrollee, click CREATE AN ACCOUNT and follow the prompts.  The HOPE (Heart of Ohio Pet Exchange Inc.) Non Profit Organization (NPO) number is 80479.  

Kroger Community Rewards represents a significant source of income to HOPE; HOPE earned $1862.01 from the program last year.  This income is vitally needed to continue HOPE’s community support programs.

If you have successfully linked your Plus card to HOPE, the message ‘You requested Kroger to donate to HOPE (HEART OF OHIO PET EXCHANGE, INC.)’ will appear at the bottom of your Kroger receipt. You must enroll/re-enroll if this message does not appear.

A Kroger representative will link your Kroger Plus Shopper's card to HOPE.
