Our Featured Pet... Cats and kittens!!! It is that time of year!! If you are wanting a cat or kitten....let us know!!

News : HOPE was selected to be an Ambassador for the Purina Pro Plan Rally to Rescue campaign. We will work hand-in-hand with Purina to raise local awareness and resources for pet rescue and to help increase our adoption efforts by hosting different events.

Who We Are:

Our mission is to promote the humane treatment of companion animals through protection, placement, education, sterilization programs and assistance to low-income owners. HOPE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Adopting a friend:

At this point, HOPE is not able to accept surrendered cats and kittens because of lack of funds and lack of adopters. HOPE is focusing on spaying and neutering owned animals to prevent litters. Unless otherwise noted; all of HOPE's animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, treated for worms and fleas. All of HOPE's dogs are heartworm checked and started on heartworm preventative. HOPE suggests adopting more than one kitten so that the kittens can have playmates. HOPE's primary emphasis is finding loving, responsible homes for its animals; therefore, HOPE has no set adoption fee. HOPE suggests that adopters give a generous donation so that HOPE can continue its rescue work.
